Two men charged with rape of teens, 17 and 15, at Renton home
Two men have been charged in King County over the alleged rape of two teenage girls, ages 17 and 15, at a Renton-area home. The charges were announced on September 10, 2026.
Josue Orozco, 27, of Seattle, faces charges of second-degree rape, third-degree rape and two counts of unlawful imprisonment. Moises Guardela-Marrugo, 19, whose last address was listed as Kent, faces a charge of second-degree attempted rape.
Prosecutors allege the men plied the two teenage girls with alcohol, drove them to a Renton-area home, and that Orozco locked and raped each girl in a bedroom; Guardela-Marrugo is charged with attempted rape for his alleged participation. The King County Sheriff's Office is investigating, and the case is being handled by King County prosecutors.
The case is at the charging stage and remains undecided. The charges are allegations, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. No trial outcome has been reported.
