Flood Watch Issued for Central Pennsylvania

According to official records from the National Weather Service State College PA, flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. The watch covers 15 zones in a portion of central Pennsylvania, including Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Northern Centre, Perry, Somerset, and Southern Centre.
